Nutrition Tracker App?

Hi! I'm newly pregnant and trying to wrap my head around all of the daily recommended servings of fruit, veggies, grains, etc. My first Dr. appt is not for 3 weeks. 
Has anyone found a good app to track what you are eating against recommended guidelines? Right now I'm logging food in my Weight Watchers app (though obviously not dieting or counting points trying to lose) to keep track, but there must be something made for pregnancy. The App Store wasn't very helpful - please share if you found something that works for you! I wish Glow had boxes to check off or something as you consume servings of those foods throughout the day.
