Pregnancy after Miscarriage

Shianne • I`m 20 my partner is 22 we have been ttc for 2 years with 1 MC last year in August at 8 Weeks :( RIP Angel baby xo.
Has any lovely ladies here had a healthy 9 month pregnancy after miscarriage? 
I had a MC in September last year and am currently pregnant in my first trimester and I'm getting scared I may MC again :( I'm praying and eating healthy taking elevit so I guess it's in the lords hands :) just want to hear some feedback I guess
