13 Weeks and no heart beat? Experience advice needed

Give it to me straight please🙏 I'm currently 14w2d... Had my ultra sound at the hospital at 12 weeks and we could SEE the heartbeat.  Last week (13 weeks) the midwife used a regular sonogram to listen to the heart beat. She did say she heard movement and to not worry but couldn't find it.  Said the baby might be too small.  They scheduled me for another appointment for two weeks.  Well I'm one week down and one week to go in the WORST TWW I've ever been in and just want to know if this happened to anyone else?  Did it end in a happy baby or did it end in miscarriage? I've had no bleeding/spotting.  Had morning sickness but that has passed.  Some back ache and head aches (but don't know if that's due to allergies).  I'm so nervous and anxious and just plain terrified😔
