those who are always confused about Glow

This post is for you ladies who always wonder ask why glow said your period was one day but it came on another day, or you was supposed to ovulate on a certain day but got a negative ovulation test. Glow is only giving us all estimations about our period and ovulations day. If you want to know you exact ovulation day or get as close as possible to your ovulation day check your temp, check your cm, or use ovulation test. If you wanna know what day your period is coming on start paying attention to what cycle day it normally come on. If it is irregular then of course it will be harder and I am going to suggest you go see your obgyn. But if is is a 28 day or whatever day cycle and glow say it is coming on CD 24 well you know not to get excited until cd28. Or is you're like me with a 32 day cycle. And glow says your coming on on cd27. Well wait until your normal cycle day 32 has come and past before saying you are late. That way you want have to be upset and confused about why glow was wrong.
