Kicks?

I swear I am feeling movement. My doctor said I won't feel them until I am 20 weeks because I am a first time mom but if I lay real still I know I can feel him. He's very active as I watched him in a ultrasound so I know it's probably him moving around and I am huge. 17 weeks

I'm 18 weeks and for the past 2 weeks I've felt movements, not strong but I can definitely feel them, especially when I'm laid flat on my back. I'm not a skinny girl neither and it's always below my belly button in the same place I feel them. The first movement I can only describe as a goldfish in a bag you get from the theme park what you win, and it flips it's tail inside 😂 but these past few days I can definitely feel prods and pokes! X

I started feeling little "twitches" at 15 weeks. They would only happen every few days and I could only notice them if I was laying down, but now at 17 weeks they're getting stronger and more frequent. I didn't expect to notice them this early bc I'm also a FTM but ik thts what it is. I was thin before I got pregnant so tht might have something to do with it. Everyone is different, you know your body and your baby!

I honestly don't get why a first time mom can't feel them sooner and a mom who's had previous babies can, we still have the same movements going on, I know we know more what they feel like but I don't think it's impossible for a first time mom. I've been feeling flutters since 12 weeks but they weren't often at all. Now at 15 weeks I feel them several times a day. Your doctor isn't you and doesn't know how sensitive you are to movement within your body, if you think it's the baby chances are it is!
