I tried everything from timed sex during ovulation, to fertility treatments, to meds that made me huge which affected my pregnancy once I actually got pregnant and that caused a miscarriage at 12 weeks after years of trying to concieve! I got so depressed for 3 months i couldnt function at all. I decided that I needed to lose weight and get my strength back to be able to try again. I lost 100 lbs in 8 months and during that time i was back to trying again but nothing happened.. no pregnancy.. I had to give myself a break for the sake of my mental and physical health and that exact month I got pregnant! In addition to that, I only had sex once that month 2 days before ovulation!

I guess for me it was the stress of trying so hard is what actually blocked my body from getting pregnant. If your body is anything like mine, give yourself a break and dont think about pregnancy at all. Perhaps take a vacation and stay relaxed and hopefully you will be able to concieve 😊

What have you been doing up to this point? Do you have regular cycles and know for sure when you ovulate? How long have you been trying? It's normal for it to take a while to get pregnant so hang in there!
