Diet/fitness tips while BF! 😁

Hi everyone! I'm 8 weeks pp. I'm in 2 weddings in 2 months. Got my bridesmaid dresses and they don't fit!! 😁 too small! I'm breastfeeding and have no intention on stopping. I've always been pretty cautious about what I eat and use to work out regularly... Starting back up again. Any good tips for weight loss without losing my milk supply. Other than eating enough healthy food, water, and ewe use!? In freaking out!
