Laughing gas for labor pain?

My hospital offers self administered nitrous...the only one in my state that does, actually. Just wondering...anyone used it?

Check into all your pain med options first

I would do it in a heartbeat but it's not offered in Arkansas :( in my opinion it is the best option in pain relief
