Tingaly arm and hand and swollen feet and ankles?

Question

At 21 weeks&6days?  Anybody else experiencing this or is it just me? The tingal in my ATM and hand lasts all day and it feels as if I've laid on it as someone would have while asleep and wake up with ur hand or arm asleep. I'm concerned and will be calling my doctor soon.

You know I'm 18 weeks today and I've recently noticed it. Tingly in my arms and hands. It's mainly when I'm sleeping but just makes me toss and turn more cuz it ends of hurting kinda...but I hear/read that joints and stuff flare up during pregnancy. Like my carpel tunnel was way bad earlier. But I dunno I haven't specifically looked up the tingly stuff.

From everything I have been reading, it is a common symptom around 18 weeks or so because of the increased blood flow. I am 19 weeks today and woke up with tingly fingers and toes, not to mention they are swollen. This has been going on for a week now. 
I'm going to hydrate and try to get moving more this morning and hopefully that helps. Please let me know if you have anything that makes it stop:)
