Rolling over?

Question

My baby is 23 weeks (5.5 months) she has rolled over a couple of times. I feel like with my son he rolled all over the place, she really won't. Is anyone else noticing their baby doesn't care about rolling over?

I first I was a bit anxious about this, but out of no where he started flipping over like a pancake. June 10 he is officially 6 months. He's mastered front to back and is so close to rolling back to front now. In the end all babies are different, it'll happen when u least expect it!

My daughter insists !!! on standing lol. She bounces and stuff. Tries rolling but dose not really like to. And she can. Just not so much. I think she wants to crawl first. Seems like it. 5 months. 6 on the 14th

My son started rolling over from back to tummy at 4.5 months. He doesn't even try to roll over from back to tummy. I don't think my daughter did either.

My son, who turned 5 months on the 17th, has been rolling over from tummy to back since around 2 months, however, it's taking him a while to roll from back to tummy. He tries, but hasn't been successful yet. It worries me, but I know he'll learn how on his own time 😊

Same here! I know people tell you every baby is different and they'll things in their own time, but I often find myself comparing my kids. My son (who is now 5 and not at all particularly athletic, not what people would call 'typical' boy) started rolling over at 5 months and he'd do it all the time. My daughter will be 6months in a week, and although she can roll over and has done it several times, like your baby, she doesn't do it 'all the time' and doesn't seem very interested in doing it either. She is way more interested in sitting up by herself and is actually doing well in that department. I'm sure our babies are fine, they just have other interests. Your baby is SO cute btw, congrats!  Here's my little one sitting
