Could these hives be from PUPPPS?

Lauree • Had our B/G twins at 37 weeks. They are happy and healthy! Our family is complete!!!! 💙💖💙🙏🙏🙏🌈🌈🌈
Only 16.5 weeks, but with multiples (which I heard can make PUPPPS worse).   Are these hives from PUPPPS?   A few on my belly but mostly forearms, face, and neck.   They are sooooo itchy!!!!
