Dates for pregnancy?

If I think I ovulated on 30th April so I think that makes me 6 weeks tomorrow however I had a internal scan on Tuesday and she said I look 4 weeks? What does this mean?

When I went in for my first visit I thought I was 8 weeks 5days. After the scan my doc told me I was 6 weeks 2 days. He asked when I got my positive and I told him about 11 days late. He wasn't worried and said I probably had an off cycle and ovulated later than I thought. Hubby and I weren't really trying and weren't preventing either so I wasn't really tracking ovulation. He said everything looked great, strong heart beat, etc.

They always go by the first day of your last cycle for due date. If you are measuring small the baby is either growing slower or it might not be growing at all. I would ask for bloodwork to check your hcg levels with a repeat test in s few days to compare & see if they are increasing
