Chance or leave

Okay so my BF told me he loved me but I really don't feel like he's showing me he does. I have to text him first and last at night (good morning/night) and I will text him during the day but he don't respond until like 3-5 hours later..but o can see he's been on Facebook/Twitter, and he says he's busy. I get he has to work but it doesn't take but a second to text and say "hey I'm thinking about you!". And I have another guy moving in on me.. I'm not going to lie I feel special getting this other's guys attention but I love my BF but he's not paying me any attention..what do I do?!
