***TMI*** what is this?!?

AF was late by a week. However since i started the bleeding was really heavy and lasted 8 days which for me is not normal as my period only ever lasts 5 days. I found this on my pad and was just wondering if anyone knows what it is? Is it a blood clot or something else?

Could just be a heavy period but i had a chemical pregnancy earlier this year where af was nearly a week late then i passed clots a bit smaller than this, see your doctor to get some answers xx
