I showed this to my nieces and they don't even want Barbie anymore OR this. They like Monster High. And they are even smaller than Barbie dolls. But each one is different, each one has a different skin color, hair type, and height. But when if was a child I would be kinda mad. I loved the glamour and all of the clothing of the Barbie dolls. But there weren't very many "black" doll choices in my day. There were maybe a total of maybe 4 and they were very dark in skin tone. I am mixed race, so it was kind of confusing for me. It was either be very dark or be white. I was lost somewhere in between. Is there a  doll of color of the "New Barbie"? If so I would buy one for myself. I even collect Monster High dolls. I have over 30.
