Perineum Tears??

So me and my boyfriend have been having sex for about a year and a half now. At the beginning we used to do it a lot, but obviously the quantity has dwindled as time goes on. But ever since the very beginning, the sex was very painful. While he was thrusting I felt like my vagina was stretching and being torn and when I would go to the bathroom after, there would be a little blood on the toilet paper. Since he was my first, I thought this was normal and my vagina just had to stretch and adjust to having sex. But it's been over a year and I still have this problem. I asked him to look and see what was causing the pain and he said he saw little cuts under my vagina on my perineum. This happens every single time! I hate it because it makes sex much less enjoyable for me because it hurts during, and I know that I'll have three days of pain after in my lady parts while the cuts heal. I don't want to make an appointment with my ONGYN because my mom doesn't know I have sex and if I need a prescription it would be impossible to get without her knowing, plus she would question why I need an appointment. So does this happen to anyone else? And if so, what do you do about it? I'm desperate to be able to fully enjoy sex with my boyfriend again.
