Thick white discharge

Ok so I have gotten off the depo shot in January. I started my period again in February, sense than my periods have always been on time and last 4 days. I am now 1 day late on my period and have had a abnormal amount of discharge. (Which is think and milky) I'm having backache, cramps, and my nipples are sensitive (not painful, just like if I lightly touch them it feels good and easily turns me on) and my sex drive has been through the roof, and I'm breaking out all over my face. (Which is not normal at all) it has been like this for about 2weeks. So my first question is 1. What is this thick milky discharge? And 2. Is there a possibility I'm pregnant?
