Bartholin cyst and TTC

Only 21 and I have an On going Bartholin cyst... I had surgery to remove it from right side and it has now moved to the left. and TTC for about 1 year.... I've also unfortunately had clymidia but had it cured right away when I found out...Don't know if I can get pregnant due to the cyst... Or if I can get pregnant at all... Who do I see and What to do......thank you guys. Really hoping I can still have kids
