New to tracking and testing-advice please

I'm new to the whole tracking and ovulation testing. I've been following this app when it comes to my ovulation times but whenever I take a test(day 9 of my cycle on to day 15) according to Glow it doesn't show I have any kind of surge :/ it's frustrating and stressful. I know this process isn't supposed to be this way but let's be honest...it is at times. I would appreciate any help you ladies can give me! Thanks so much! :)!
