Hip and low back pain?

I'm almost 15 weeks and last night was kept awake by low back and hip pain. I couldn't find a comfortable position. I really hate taking meds unless I have to, so far the only thing that helps is a heating pad. Anyone else feel my pain? Any remedies you've tried?

Oh mamas, I feel your pain. It's likely lumbar pain, but regardless it sucks. I take an extra magnesium supplement on top of my prenatal, because it helps sometimes (and because I also have fibromyalgia and it's the only thing that brings the malt relief for that for me). Lots of pillows too. Once in a while when my back isn't too sensitive to touch, my partner will rub it with some oil and it feels great. I would love to get my hands on a heating pad though, that sounds magical.
I've been trying to do some stretches, and that will sometimes seem to help.

Using lots of pillows and trying to find different sleeping positions.

I ordered a pregnancy pillow on Amazon and it helps a ton! I sleep so much better now. The snoogle one is good.
