Hey ladies after a BFP back in March - It turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy. I was 5 weeks pregnant. Doc informed us that pregnancy had to be terminated. He gave me 3 shots of methotrexate (4/12, 4/15 and 5/16).  I've been going to back to back to check my HCG level and now it's down to 15. Yesterday I was spotting light reddish and today I'm spotting (brownish) - wondering if this could be my period coming back? Im so confused! Just want to make sure that my body is back on track!
