Vasectomy vs Tubes tied

I'm 32, will be turning 33 this year and my husband and I are pregnant with our 2nd.  Neither one of us want anymore kids after this one so he's wanting me to get my tubes tied right after labor.  I feel he should get a vasectomy but he feels he will be less of a man if he does that. I would like an unbiased opinion on who should sacrifice to get this procedure.  Ask your hubby's or significant others too, to weigh in on this. And explain your answer, so I can understand where you're coming from.
