Are all men like this?

Like my fiance is turning 25 soon hes 4 years older than me. I like going older. I automatically assumed hed be more mature and know more and have life somewhat together. Ik were still young but Boy was i wrong. I feel i have to teach him so much . Im like why dont you know this yet? Y didnt your parents teach you? Just stuff from resumes, to filing taxes, getting our apartment, building credit etc, etc. we got into a huge argument because i bought a 52 in tv for 300 which any adult knows is a good deal. But he only wanted to spend 150 not knowing you can only get 20-30in that price, his excuse was " well i never shopped for a tv before how would ik" so why am i marrying him? Well i didnt know he lavked knowledge of stuff like this til we got engaged nd handling responsibilities together. Dont get me wrong hes trying but I get stressed knowing he cant handle stuff like this. What can i do to make this situation better ladies? He tells me he wants a baby soon but in my head im thinking you are my baby.

Why argue and teach him yourself? You can't get mad at him for stuff he doesn't know. Age has nothing to do with maturity, it's experiences. Unfortunately, he never experienced those teachings like you.. So why get mad? Holy balls.

I'm really glad my husband is patient with me because he has taught me so much since we got together. I never really had a structured childhood so simple things like: cleaning, cooking, folding laundry, etc was all very new to me and he thought it was hilarious I didn't know how to do any of that. On the other hand, he does have a problem with finances and I'm surprisingly really good at it. We balance each other out and it's healthy, but we don't resent each other for the things we're not good at. As long as he's willing to learn I think you'll be fine. :)

If you don't want to teach him then don't be with him. No one needs to feel inferior just because they haven't had as much life experience. I'm glad my SO and I are both on the same page with that stuff despite him being about 5 years older, we're both beginners and don't know how to file taxes or how finances completely work. But even if one of us was more ahead than the other, there's no need to make the other feel bad. Everyone learns at their own pace, just be patient or leave if you're not happy.

He probably was raised to basically make the money and give it all to your wife because some men are raised that way I have male coworkers who literally  only make the money and let their wives handle the finances bills etc

The whole tv situation is just stupid. If you fight about that or get irritated by that don't have kids or marry him because I'm telling you that is not a big deal..and apparently to you it is...which just equals to be a disaster marriage because there are real problems out there. He may not know how to do taxes and everything but people are not born with the knowledge to do so...neither were you...someone showed you. You are acting like you have a stick up your butt like you're better or too educated to waste your time teaching your boyfriend these things. I would be happy to show anyone, let alone a man I love how to do thing he may not know. It's not a you shouldn't start a family with him, he shouldn't start one with you.

So what was the point in him argueimg when he just ended up admitting he's never purchased one before so how would he know? Gosh $300, no idea where you are but here a tv that size brand new is over a grand! My man is a tad the same, i mean honestly it's like their mother's teach them nothing lol he's 22 and still barely knows how to work the washing machine, he can bake up a scrumptious batch of choc fudge brownies but ask him to do the dishes after and nup lol

I used to preer guys a bit older. Then I met my partner who's 4 yards younger. He's got it together more than most men I've known, and always willing to learn or do more. It's not age it's upbringing, life experience & attitude. Having someone capable was important to me. I don't like 'projects' as partners.

I would be patient and just tell him it's okay so he doesn't feel bad and I know it's a lot of stress and anxiety but I'm sure he feels bad or insecure a little cause he doesn't know this stuff
