Bleeds during sex

Okay so my boyfriend and I have been having sex for a while with out any problems, but just recently it has started to hurt and bleeds every time. Is there a possiblity of like a cut or something In there? I feel the pain in a specific spot, and it's not excruciating, but it is enough to stop us from having sex. I recently started the pill, but we had this problem about a week before the start. Any idea on what could be wrong? Should I be worried?
