Need all your good vibes please!

Hey everyone! This is me and my daughter Isabel when she was born less than 5 hours ago! She stole my hart and is perfect! This was however the only time I got to hold her as she developed severe breathing difficulties! They now think she has pneumonia! She is on a ventilator in the ICU and my heart is breaking! She was born at 39 weeks and 3 days and I had a healthy and blessed pregnancy!! Just asking if u could send some positive vibes to my beautiful lil girl and a lil bit of love too X
