Almost 3 weeks late and nothing

Yes I went to the doctors to get a blood test and no I don't have the results and yes I did hpt and it was negative ...its just frustrating not to know what's going on and what's the cause of it. Anyone this late and get a positive? We've been trying for 2 years and all our daughter keeps wishing for is a brother or sister
