Mucus plug???

I'm 8w3d postpartum & just had discharge on the tissue when I wiped that literally looked like a mucus plug. I had my first menstral cycle a month ago & am waiting on my next one. Should I be worried???

Did you get checked out at 6w pp?? This is so weird!! Did you birth vaginally?

Even if you do lose your mucous plug early, your body will make another one. However, if you start to get worried, definitely call your doctor to make sure everything's okay. I'm 37 weeks and sometimes the only thing that calms me down is my OB telling me he's not worried
