I'm currently 4 1/2 weeks PP and I had a wonderfully painful labour 🙃 This resulted in a 2nd degree tear which, so far, has been healing perfectly! In the last week, however, every time I have a bowel movement it hurts like crazy! I get sharp pains, and the bleeding is so heavy, it fills the toilet, and I am so sore after that it hurts to sit for hours. I don't feel any pain when I pee (Thank God), but I'm starting to almost fear going to do a #2. Could this be hemorrhoids, or something a little more serious?
