Could it be implantation bleeding?

Hi I am the mother of 5 wonderful kids and while I'm not actively ttc I am not not trying either. Lol. I have a question. My periods have always been irregular. (As in when they start) This month my period was three days late. My period was only two days. Normally I am very heavy and bleed 5 to 7 days. Every so often I might bleed four. But never have I bled for only 2. And never this light! I usually have to change every hour or two but I think I changed maybe twice each day and even then I didn't even need to. So my question is. Could this have been implanting bleeding? Never had it with my other kids but I know every pregnancy is different. I will taking a test in the next few days I just want some opinions. Thanks!!
