How do you determine DPO??? First day of fertile week? Last? Can someone enlighten me? Thanks

Glow works it out for you as well.  On your homepage it will tell you either what cd you're on or what dpo you're on

I have this app and it works it out for you. Blue cross is day of positive opk so it counts it 2 days later as can take up to 36 hours to ovulate after positive opk

Generally your first day dpo is the first day following ovulation.  Dpo = days past ovulation.  So for example I am ovulating today so tomorrow I would be 1 dpo.

I also wondered this but I was assuming if I was tracking with OPK and got a positive and knew exactly the CD I was the day of my positive that's when you start your DPO til AF  showed
