I don't think one glass of wine or beer occasionally in your third trimester is going to make much of a difference but for me, I just don't because I have a high risk complicated twin pregnancy. Why risk it? And also... What's the point of you can only have one glass!? But I don't judge other pregnant ladies who want to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner.

People keep telling me one beer or glass of wine wont hurt. But If I did Id feel to guilty so I just choose to stay away. Everyone has different opinions I just dont wanna feel guilty about it so I can wait dont like veer or wine that much.

Before I knew I was pregnant, yes. Large amounts everyday. Didn't find out I was pregnant until I was almost 7 weeks.
