Positive pregnancy test but no sac on ultrasound
I took 2 tests which are positive but there was no visible sac on the ultrasound. The sonographer said my endometrial lining is thick though. He asked me to return in 2 weeks for another scan.
I got pregnant after miscarriage without a period so I can't tell how far I am with the pregnancy. I am worried. Has this ever happened to anyone?
