Prodromal labor blues 😭😠😞

So for the last four nights I've been having false labor that lasts about 3 hours with contractions that are 3 minutes apart laying for about 30 seconds each. All of the sudden they will just stop! I'm exhausted and though they aren't unbearable they are semi painful. At my last appointment my midwife told me baby boy was posterior(sunny side up) but head down and I hear that's a big cause of labor stalling. I also have a tilted cervix, which has never been a problem before. I called my midwife, out of shear exhaustion, and she scheduled me to come into the hospital tonight to manually turn him the right way. I hope that gets the real thing going because momma tied,not mother is tired but MOMMA TIEDDDD!!!! ANYONE ELSE experiencing false labor EVERY NIGHT?
