Can I go to the pool?

I'm 9 weeks and a few people had told me that I can't swim but I want to be 100% sure about that can someone let me know because I don't want to risk my baby

Drowning isn't safe so don't do that but swimming is absolutely safe, it's even good for you :)

I'm pretty sure going to the pool is fine. Don't go in any hot tubs though.

Swimming is one of the best exercises while pregnant...not sure who you're listening to? But I would stop lol

Gotta love people and their "advice" 🙄 how could swimming possibly be bad for you? I would love to hear them rationalize this.

Of course you can, why not? If it's outdoors use sun block bc your skin is more sensitive and avoid hot tubs. That's all. Enjoy the pool!!

I went to the pool amns swam almost everyday of my pregnancy you are OK, as long as you don't get in a hot tub

The only thing I'd worry is just other ppl accidently kicking you. Buts totally fine and relieves alot of hip and back pressure.

If Swimming was bad they wouldn't have pre-natal swimming classes. They provide them at most YMCAs. I took  swimming class with my first child. Best exercise I could've done while I was pregnant. Loved it.

You can swim !! .. my doctor told me i should do that more often if im not up to doing anything else .. he says its the easiest excerise to do ..

Swimming is my exercise! Has been since I found out I was pregnant at 3.5 weeks.
