Its normal to feel that way, but you did nothing wrong. I had been taking prenatals for years, gave up caffeine when we started ttc, avoided any kind of otc drugs, no alcohol since ttc, have never smoked, tried to eat healthy, exercise lightly and I still lost the baby at 9 weeks. I could not have done anything differently to have stopped it from happening, and neither could you. So sorry for your loss, unfortunately only time will make it easier.

I felt exactly the same way as you, took me a while to realise things happen for a reason, I know it doesn't make it easier, but things will work out for you, that's how I deal with it xxx

I'm mummy to three Angel babies too. I have down days but it gets easier. When we are meant to have our babies it will happen. Until then they have greater things to do xx
