Ectopic?

I should be 7 weeks 5 days but started to spot last Wednesday, Thursday I had an internal they couldn't see anything but a thick lining, had bloods done thurs/sat and today monday all positive not as high as they should be but on the following 2 bloods they have risen.....my nurse said it means it's not a miscarriage but a struggling growing pregnancy probably in my Fallopian tube I'm going for an emergency scan tomorrow, I'm so confused and scared :( this will be my 4th unsuccessful pregnancy
