PMS: So easily stressed/anxiety ??
I'm one day away from my period and I'm so easily stressed its insane. I feel like I'm just a ball of anxiousness and nervousness and I could just curl into a ball and cry for hours.
Do any of you experience this amount of stress before your period.? I feel like a nutcase !
