4 weeks pregnant

Hi Ladies,

I just found yesterday I am about 4 weeks pregnant and aside from no appetite and tired I have no symptoms. I know this can be normal, with my son(4 years ago) I didn't either. However I'm freaking out since this is our rainbow baby after a miscarriage 8 months ago.

Anyone else this far along with no symptoms ?
