i went in for a scheduled induction on 5/27/16 @ 5 a.m. (edd was 6/3)...Started pitocin around 6 a.m. & dr. Broke my water at 7 ish...beared with the contractions which were pretty unbearable til about 10:30 then opted for an epidural another hour later which didn't work. I only became patially numb, I was 7cm by then & still felt every contraction til my baby boy was born @ 12:30pm. Overall it was a 7 hour birth start to finish & the pain didn't get extremely bad until close to being completely dialated & ready to push. So that was only about 1 hr & a half that i would say I couldn't take the pain. Anyways, he was 7lbs 4oz 19 in...only one complication which was that he failed his hearing test. So please pray for me that he passes in two weeks.🙏 👂👼Thanks for letting me share my story!! LOVE & PEACE TO ALL
