Any tips to reduce swelling?

I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and suffering with swollen face, neck, hands and feet. Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce swelling?

You should check your blood pressure. Swelling of the hands and face can indicate preeclampsia.

Drink more water. Also, take your blood pressure. Face and hand swelling can be a sign of preeclampsia.

My MW suggested cucumber water... Compression socks but that's hard with heat
Getting feet elevated about heart for 10-15 mins every couple hours

Mine are so swollen.  But no preeclampsia already asked my doctor.  Some women just get real swollen.  But definitely ask your doctor.

Water water water and avoid salty foods. Absolutely check in with the doc if you gave blood pressure issues or headaches.
