Pregnant or Early PMS?

Hey everyone-so AF is very consistent arriving at either 28 or 32 days (and nowhere in between for the past 7 months). Day 28 is gone, no AF, - HPT. 
Now at day 30-have been having diarrhea for the past 4 days (which I NEVER get), started cramping and have a backache today which Ive never had happen until the day my period actually starts....but no period yet and if I go off 32 days, I'm not due for AFs visit until Wednesday.
However, HPT today also NEGATIVE 😑  Gonna wait until Wed to retest if AF still hasn't shown up, but what does everyone think?
