Was a bit different and faster than my 1st pregnancy. Was about 8cm when my midwife decided to break my water, immediately she did.. she mentioned baby had passed mecomiun and will need to call in a gynea. He checked my dilation and also baby's heart beat and advised oxytocin be administered to quicken delivery. Baby was born 45mins after. He weighed 7.7lb
