I'm happy that I'm happy for my colleague
Almost a year ago I was found to have low AMH & low AFC for my age (just turned 35 then). After lots of specialist advice, research & conversations, we decided to go through IVF 3 times & froze 4 good embryos by February this year for later use if needed. We've just starting trying naturally this month.
My colleague who I'm fond of, who's 5 months younger than me, just confirmed what I suspected the last fortnight - she's 13 weeks along with her 3rd child 😀
And I'm pleased for her, which makes me happy. I've been so emotional lately about all kinds of things. I know how easily fertility challenges & ttc can create resentment sometimes. And I'm glad to know I feel no envy, just excitement for her. It probably helps that we're trying now, so I live with hope 😊
