Cerclage

Over the weekend I had a cerclage done. Im 14 weeks my first baby was born at 20 weeks due to an incompetent cervix. Even tho my cervix was "long and strong" last time it was checked my dr figured better safe than sorry. So my dr said after 3 days all normal activity is fine including SEX but then the hospital gave me a list of dos and don'ts after the procedure one saying NO SEX for the rest of the pregnancy. Anyone else been in a similar situation? To me my dr should know but at the same time sex really isn't worth losing another baby!
