Does smoking really make that much difference? I

around 7 a day and I'm 23. Husband is 27. I know it's not sensible to smoke I'd just like to know the difference it makes.

This may be TMI but I'm 9 or 10 DPO and I've never had spotting this early before a period. Is it implantation bleeding? Has anyone ever experienced this? It only happened once today.
