Chronic Constipation

Amanda • Tue, May 31 • Me and my husband fell in love in elementary school in 5th grade and are happy we are going to have 2 beautiful children together.

So I constipated but it's always been like this ever since I was little normally people poop once or twice a day I poop once or twice a month does anyone else have this and what can I do to help?
