Already taken a test??

So af is supposed to be here already and my sister and Mother are on the same cycle as all three living in the same house  and I am having no symptoms of pms but my nipples are extremely  sensitive to the point I can not touch them or wear a bra . Anyone know why my cycle is no longer synced ?? Or if I could have gotten a false negative on the hpt ?
