3 week period :((

I got the implant about 2 months ago and for the first month I didn't bleed but now I've been bleeding for 3 weeks and for the first week it was sooo heavy but it's called right down to almost nothing but still enough to have to wear a liner and it's been like this for about a week and hasn't changed and idk what to do
