SOS ASAP

Last night i had sex with my boyfriend of 3 years. I am on birth control pills, and take them pretty responsibly. For about the last year we haven't used condoms because of this, and he's always pulled out. But just recently he's gotten the idea into his head that he doesn't want to pull out anymore.  I was a little caught up in the act last night, but soon before he finished i specifically told him to lift me up and pull out before he came.  When the time came, he actually pulled me lower onto him and came completely inside of me. He says he didn't get the memo clearly, and that i shouldn't worry about pregnancy because i'm on birth control.... Should this behavior concern me? Is he losing respect for me by ignoring my request? And should i take emergency contraception?
