Milk coming in?

I feel lik my milk has come in finally at 4 days 5 days post partum, but my boobs are not sore or hard like most people describe. Could something be wrong with my milk supply?

Mine never got sore. But if I went a while between feedings you could touch them and they would be hard.

Have you noticed your baby's poop change? If it's not the typical tar black poop that baby's have in the first couple of days, then that's a good sign your milk has come in. Maybe you're just getting lucky and bypassing the pain. I, however, was not so lucky.

Soreness typically comes with engorgement. I wouldn't worry.

My boobs only got sore and hard if I didn't nurse enough .now they only get sore over night if i sleep for 6 hours
